Like this feature in the PC version, will it be available in Ipad/android versions in future?

This isn't a feature we have decided to actually support at this stage. It's in the PC version as a beta/preview while we see what people think of it, but is likely to be withdrawn in the future, sorry.

Great shame, think it's a really good feature...please reconsider!

I only stumbled across it by accident and think it would have a lot of support if more users were aware of it...particularly those operating IFR.

I only discovered it via this post. I also believe that it is a useful feature.

Yes this would be a very useful feature so would be great to retain if possible

I like the feature, helpful for IFR flying and VFR on top, quick rough view of what one will encounter on a trip.  It looks quite granular but is probably not intendend/accurate enough to "look for holes" with it. 

Please add me as another who would find this feature useful on occasions.
