Hi,
According to the AIS web site, this was removed on 4th May. It's still showing up on my SkyDemon chart.

It's in AIRAC update 28 which is effective from July 28th.
I think the bit you're looking at on the AIP is the chart update which is intended for people to manually mark up on their paper charts. They don't necessarily align.
