if a NOTAM takes down a radio station for a period of time, such as Farnborough LARS, is there any reason it is still shown in the briefing pack?

Briefing packs are comprised of static data, updated every 28 days, and live data via NOTAM, which sometimes affects the static data. In most cases we do not attempt to interpret NOTAMs and apply them on-the-fly to the static data, as you're suggesting, because there is often nuance attached to a NOTAM. Examples are that the outage is time-limited or perhaps limited by geography. It's not clear how we would present that in the briefing pack.
