What does it mean if there are red cosses through the enroute chart pages of a Briefing Pack?

For example if I plan today Lee on Solent to Munster Osnabruck EDDG direct, with fuel, w&b, weather etc. all within limits, pages 6 to 9 of the 10 pages of enroute charts are crossed out, the virtual radar pages are normal.

I can't see anything in the notams that prohibit the flight.

Can't find anything either in the manual...
