Captive Balloon/Kite Scheduled 514900N 0021900W (Near Longney [south of Gloucester]) Max height 1500FT AGL... 2019-02-0207/AS2

In the SD planning and flying chart view, the layout of the text describing the vertical extent of the restricted area depends on the zoom level (nothing new there) as one of the following:

"Captive Balloon/Kite Scheduled SFC-1600"

"Captive Balloon/Kite Scheduled
SFC-1600"

"SFC-1600"

"SFC-160
0"

"SFC-16
00"

"SFC-1
600"

In the last instance, the '1' overlays the outline of a township and thereby becomes somewhat obfuscated. As such, it may become an easily overlooked detail leading to an infringement: especially as the restricted area lies in relatively close proximity to a busy GA airfield, Gloucestershire EGBJ.

The primary source of NOTAMs is your NOTAM briefing. NOTAMs cannot be mapped perfectly, and many cannot be mapped at all. Luckily the NOTAM briefing has all the information you need, as does the virtual radar which will show the NOTAM as you're flying towards it, as does the warning which will appear if you're flying towards it.

I'm afraid map labels by their nature will occasionally butt up against each other or suffer some other kind of legibility issue as you've described here; the What's Here menu is another route in SkyDemon whereby items shown on the map can be inspected in more detail.
