One thing to consider is a teaser for a certain competitor software users as you get 50% discount if you are a long time subscriber so making your software more expensive. My subscription for a certain software is 75 euros per year. I think that is OK value.

That's very good to know, thanks! I shall install it on my work PC tomorrow (and show it to the other PPL in the office, of course...) Smile

Absolutely. It is the customer who is licensed, not a particular computer.

Tim,

Does the licence allow me to install SkyDemon Plan on more than one machine, for my own use i.e. home PC for planning, laptop while away?

I don't think anything concrete has been decided upon. Our main pricing is slightly cheaper than our closest competition, and as we've been given consistent feedback that our product is better than said competition, we reckon that's a pretty good deal. When the time comes to renew for another year of software upgrades and data updates, our pricing will also be in line with whatever the going rate is.

It will certainly cost nowhere near as much as the initial license purchase, of that you can be sure.

Hi Tim,

the SkyDemon Plan Price is shown on the website as £95 +VAT, which I understand includes a license to use the product indefinitely plus one year of software upgrades and data updates.

Once the first year is up, is the price for one year of software upgrades and data updates lower? (as the licence has been already paid for).

What Im asking is will a renewal be lower in cost and if so how much?

Thanks
