Why is Skydemon not showing the RMZ at Munich Oktoberfest, while others do?

This is a completely different issue to the LOWS airspace change.

The reason the RMZ NOTAM did not immediately appear on the map was because it was published with an unusual QLine, and did not obey standard practice when it comes to publication of NOTAM categories. We have since altered our code so that future German NOTAMs of this kind will always appear.

Please note that the ultimate source for your NOTAM brief is the NOTAM tab itself. Not all NOTAM can be graphically depicted on the map so you always, always need to read it. The NOTAM in question here did appear there. ‌‌
