I was just running the new instrument view in simulator mode overhead egck and it just popped up with a general exception error. I am sorry I didn't capture the error. It was the latest build.

It seems very good however I didn't seem to get the ils thing every time I don't think. I was uncertain when it would show up. Perhaps it would be useful to have an indicator or even a manual switch to go into ils mode. I would really also like the instrument to show on the main map view by choice if possible.

Also I was testing flying towards things and got a warning to say there was an antenna ahead so I turned right purposefully towards a mountain and it didntbmention it and let me fly into it.

As usual great work though. I always wonder how other companies around aviation couldn't have done something half as good as this before. I never fly without skydemon now.

Thanks for the feedback. The ILS mode activates when you are within 10 degrees of the runway centreline, and your track over the ground closely aligns with the centreline too (within 5 degrees initially).

Terrain warnings are switched off by default, are you sure you switch them on?

Hi

Thanks for the reply. Yes the terrain warning works much better after i switched it on Smile Actually wasnt that on by default in previous versions? Anyway thats my problem sorted. I will play around with the ILS thing. It must have been a PICNIC error.
