After a week of intensive work, we have unified all the print output for SkyDemon across all our various products, into a brand-new print engine. This means that the ability to create a Briefing Pack is the same, the paper sizes are the same, the ability to print two-per-page is the same, and you are in full control over the font size used so you can make it perfect for your own eyesight. We've also taken the opportunity to refresh the look and feel of many of the printed items, and solve some long-standing issues. I will briefly mention what we've done for each piece of printed output below but please feel free to simply download a beta of SkyDemon Plan and try it for yourself.

Pilot Log: Look and feel updated, rules added to the end of the last page to assist note taking in flight
Airfield Information: Look and feel updated, circuits and other recent information now included, better mapping, will be available on iOS for the first time
Weather Briefing: Look and feel updated, decoded weather briefing on PC available for the first time
Weight and Balance: Look and feel updated, fuel itemisation now included on PC, missing graph issue solved on iOS

We do include taxiway/hold labels if the scale is large enough; which airfields have you tried? You state that the map isn't particularly useful if these labels aren't shown but I wouldn't agree with that.

Including content from third-party plates within our own printed output isn't necessarily very practical, as the user would typically want to select which plates to include and the page/paper sizes may not be aligned with the chosen output size. Quite apart from that, I think that technically this would only work on iOS.

I do like the idea of a circuit and noise abatement map and we will consider that for inclusion in a future version.

I've tried kemble, gloucester and compton abbas.  It sort of works if the page is A4 with one up.  You have an issue where labels are obscured.   E.g. At Kemble B2 is not visible beind the D2 hold label.

I really think you can afford to scale your text, labels down a bit so they all print and on A5. The AIP plates and perfectly legible at A5 and Pooleys diagrams are even smaller so it can work visually.
