Hello,
I noticed that in map I can't see all waypoints.
For example I was looking for SARNICO, in Italy. I Can't see it on the map but if I search with hourglass, I can find it and hilight its position on map.
BUT it still remains invisible in map, no yellow dot with its name.

How can I fix this behavior?

Thanks in advance
F

Hi Tim,
I supposed that.
But could be useful a sort of "switch ON visibility" on a searched waypoint.

Often ATC uses to ask report for known cities, smaller than others, but "peculiar" (this is the case of SARNICO, invisible on the map but used by LIME TWR because on the side of the lake, and VILLONGO, visible on the map but totally unuseful)

Obviously these are only small notes to a beautiful software.
Thank you
F

You can always add a custom reporting point yourself, right where you want it.

Personally, I feel that the running position report (shown in the box near the top center of the map window) often references my current position using too small towns which are completely unknown to ATC. I would much rather prefer those reference points to use only cities, navaids or airports as references.

You could always reference a waypoint of your choosing by using the Track Waypoint function.
