Note . The fuel prices quoted for Dijon , is the ex tax price of €1.73. The real price is €2.38. I have the invoice with me as I post this. Sky demon will not accept this as difference is too different. I fuelled there 13 /06/15. An update, Dijon is no longer joint civ / mil.
The French airforce is gone.

Perhaps SD could add a note that the price should include all taxes(assuming this the most useful figure) when entering prices. I have found a few also that are ex vat.....quite misleading!.... Thought it fairly obvious but I'm constantly surprised!
Thanks
Pete

The SD Manual does expressly state that:-

All fuel prices must include VAT, or relevant local sales taxes, and are the prices that any member of the public would pay if they flew to the airfield.

I don't whether or not that helps.

Good point, unfortunately it seems that few read the manual!

Perhaps a note about this at the point of price entry dialogue is required, otherwise having the feature is pointless.

Could you do this please, Tim?

It's already like that. You must agree that the price you're submitting includes all local taxes before SkyDemon will let you submit it.

Apologies, Tim, didn't recall that from last time I submitted.
Seems that some places knowingly mislead and quote vat ex prices.
I note that one airport has changed my previous submission to vat ex price, or maybe my submission was not accepted as the + vat correction was too great a change???

If your submission wasn't accepted, SkyDemon would tell you so. There isn't a lot we can do, but if you persist in setting the correct price and you notice that somebody else is persisting in setting an incorrect one, let us know, and we can drop the other person an email.
