I long tap an airfield, on pop-up I select the airfield, then Information. Here are then three tabs upper left: Runways, Satellite, Plates. If I tap Satellite on my tablet, nothing happens. On my phone, the satellite picture is downloaded and shown correctly. Both devices on the same WiFi network.
Phone: Galaxy Note 4, Android 5.0.1
Tablet: Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition. Android 4.4.2
Can't see any special settings needed to allow Satellite download.
Amy ideas?

BTW: On both devices SD 3.3.1.25205

Have you got Google Maps installed on your phone?

Just follow the steps I explained in my first post:
- tap&hold on an air field
- popup window: "What's Here?". Tap the air field.
- in next popup window: tap "Information" and you get the window as shown below. "Satellite" is the 2nd tab upper left as indicated. Tapping "Satellite" is supposed to download Google Satellite picture of the air field. This works perfectly on my Galaxy Note 4 phone, but nothing happens on my Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition. Both running the same SD version.

I'm afraid I have no idea. We simply open up a web browser in that space, pointing to Google Maps.
