Im getting some issues with the rendering of text in the georeferenced aip pdfs in the current beta

Thanks. I'm wondering about a possible corrupted download of that plate. Have you tried clearing the plate cache? (Plates -> Tools -> Clear Cache)

In the meantime I will ask our PDF rendering contact if they've encountered anything like this before. We can't reproduce it ourselves on our own Android development device.
