More and more pilots are using Mac, so am i. One reason I opted for Skydemon for my VFR flight planning  (IFR I use Rocket Route) was the offered mac version. Unfortunately I noticed only later it was not supported. My fault.

However, I would like to report the following bug: When storing an aircraft I get error message.
"Unhandled exception has occurred... value either too large or to small for a decimal". If I click on the details bottom left I see the text listed below.
Practically the program kicks me out then, and I see the terminal window in the dock. Without my aircraft set up flight planning makes no sense really
My system: Imac 21" 2013, latest OS (maverick 10.9.5 ) , 16GB Ram
Thanks for an advice
best
Frank

Hi

I can't replicate this - can you confirm what country you're in and what your Language & Region preferences are set to.

Cheers,

Steve

Sorry, I can't work out how to fix this, but I do have a very simple workaround. It seems to only break when creating a new aircraft.

I've created a dummy default aircraft (with all blank values). If you drop this in your 'Documents/SkyDemon/Aircraft' folder, then click on this aircraft instead of clicking the 'New Aircraft' button, it all seems to work.

Hi Stevelup Smile
I am having the exact problem running the software under the latest Mac IOS.
Do you know if we are gonna have genuine skydemon desktop software soon?
In my case I can't even upload to the cloud my waypoints data base from work to the cloud...
Any idea to upload my data base to the cloud? I have Mac only.
Thanks
