Hi guys,
I'm using SD 3.1.0 on iPad and I can't find a way to download the general, enroute, aerodrome and circulars sections, other than one by one downloading in the document browser. They are not downloaded together with the plates if I choose 'Download AIP'. Am I missing something ?

You're not missing anything; the general sections are explicitly not included in the "Download All" functionality which is intended as an aid to ensure you have the plate for any airport available. There is no way to download the general sections en masse.

And how can I find out if part of these sections are out-of-date ?

As long as you have an internet connection, you'll never be shown out-of-date parts of any AIP. If you open the document browser you'll be shown the very latest documents as SkyDemon will immediately ensure that its index is refreshed.
