Hi

not quite sure on how to do this. I have planed a route flying out with a couple of waypoints and coming back to my home airfield afterwards. However
I would like to do land at some of the airfields. How do I plan this? Basically I have found no way to select airfields to land.. on the virtual radar
it just shows that I am crossing them overhead.

I like to keep the trip in one big flight plan..so I dont have 2 or 3 separate files in the cloud.

Cheers

screetch82 - I'm sure this has been discussed on here before, what you want isn't possible I'm afraid.

I suggested this function twice before and there is considerable support for this.

Flightstar (VFR) does this with ease, but I am a Skydemon man (I even used Skyangel), but this is one function that is missing but with significant support from this forum for its inclusion.

C'Mon Tim - how many times do we need to ask :-)

While this is easy enough to implement on the face of it, it turns out that people expect very different things from the feature. Some people want SkyDemon to automatically flow the fuel usage through from one journey to the next, for example. What we lack is significant demand for the feature along with a consensus of what it will actually entail, all the details of what people expect. As long as we don't really understand what everyone expects from it, we've got other stuff to be working on I'm afraid. Feel free to expand on what you'd like from the feature here, and it will be read.

I would just expect to be able to set the altitude to Zero and therfore get an approach from cruise altitude to the landing airfield and than a climb back to cruise.

For people using ETA etc you would probably have to be able to enter the time spend at the airfield.
