Thanks. It is probably best not to use the PLOG for this, instead use the ETA instrument which is displayed all the time. It gives the ETA to your next waypoint or to your destination, and can be toggled by touching. Its reading will be accurate to the minute, but seconds are not displayed. They are not displayed in the PLOG either.

The ETA column will be populated if you have enabled that in the PLOG settings, AND you have specified a takeoff time for your flight.
