Hi all,

I'm new here, loving the software but finding a few things I can't work out. My iPad is on-line but when I try and download plates I'm told I must have an active connection to the internet (I do!) and that I'm in "off-line mode" so no connection can be made - any idea how I go into "on-line mode"???

I've looked everywhere and cant find any references too it.....driving me nuts, any ideas?
