it's ok this is good here is the answer Skydemon gave me and it works.
I publish this response in case someone else was in the same situation

You will need to ensure that you have logged into the SkyDemon software on your PC with the email address linked to your SkyDemon account:
To do this click Setup and Log Out, and then re-enter your username (above) and password to ensure the correct licence file is installed. Next you will need to connect your Mobile MD to your PC with the USB cable, and click the Sync button on the SkyDemon toolbar. This will send your licence file to the Mobile MD, registering it in your name.

Did you log-out and then log-in again from within the App? This should help

hello

I upgraded my mobile device skydemon and now I can not access the navigation.
I got a message asking me "this device needs to beregistred before it can be used then another message" No license file was found skydemon, please try syncing from skydemon pen to license your trust then installed again.
I tried to "enreistrer my camera on the site and réponseest" your device is eregistré.
can someone help me
