I'm thoroughly enjoying the benefits of Skydemon on the iPad. The larger screen is much easier on the eye.

However, two recent flights, (Shoreham to Old sarum & today, Kemble) have thrown up a possible bug.

Outward trips exactly as planned, but when the route is reversed for the return trip, the DST & ETA boxes are not working correctly.

Whilst the route is shown correctly, the boxes still show the outbound destination waypoint & the ETA/ETE next & end do not respond.

Anyone else had this happen?

As a "backseater" one great advantage with the iPad is the ability to multi task. Whilst recording on Skydemon, it was possible to use another mapping program running the CAA chart or OS maps for track recording & identification of smaller villages etc.

(Probably not recommended for the handling pilot)
