Group: Forum Members Posts: 2, Visits: 10	Successfully filed a plan and got an authorisation code back. Thanks for the advice on the "other" box - I had wrongly assumed this was something to do with addresses. Latest email confirmation from SD now includes the EGGOLYMP address. Ron
