On version 2.2 there was the option to display 3 tool-bars (Planning, Mapping Options and Weather), however, on the 2.3 release the 'Mapping Options' tool-bar appears to have been removed.

Can we have it back please? If people don't want to see/use it they can simply turn it off. I like to use it to quickly make things easier to see in cluttered areas.

I have to agree, I've downloaded this latest verion and that omission makes it feel somewhat like a backward step and not so user-friendly

What features on there do you miss? Most of the toolbar was taken up by little-used options like to remove danger, prohibited and restricted areas.

Well, at least your #1 most important setting is also available in the NOTAM window without having to open any menus

I agree it does very much help decluter the display when in some locations - perhaps a better option still would be to be able to add or remove buttons (ie customise the toolbar) as there is plenty of room accross the screen
