Group: Forum Members Posts: 274, Visits: 2.5K	Hi, Been getting a fairly consistent crash in SkyDemon Plan today on two machines. Tried uninstalling SkyDemon and deleting all charts on one of them, no affect. Start SkyDemon, in the 'New Route' dialog plan a route from Kemble to Perranporth. Zoom in to the chart, and drag the route to use Okehampton as a waypoint. I get a dialog that says 'SkyDemon.exe has encountered a user-defined breakpoint' If I expand the details, I get the following: Description: Stopped working Problem signature: Problem Event Name: CLR20r3 Problem Signature 01: skydemon.exe Problem Signature 02: 0.0.0.0 Problem Signature 03: 30 Problem Signature 04: mscorlib Problem Signature 05: 2.0.0.0 Problem Signature 06: 4e1539fa Problem Signature 07: 1b00 Problem Signature 08: 17 Problem Signature 09: Debugger.Break OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 Locale ID: 2057 Read our privacy statement online: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=104288&clcid=0x0409 If the online privacy statement is not available, please read our privacy statement offline: C:\Windows\system32\en-US\erofflps.txt This has happened on both Vista Home 64 bit and Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, on two different PCs. I suspect a Windows Update may well have triggered this, but can't be certain. Any suggestions? Cheers Andy

Group: Forum Members Posts: 384, Visits: 4.2K	I agree, I just tried your route and it did the same on my windows 7 PC, it took forever to get out of skydemon plan and I ended up rebooting. I tried it again by just clicking on Kemble then Perranporth to put the route on screen and then dragging it to Okehampton and it did it again. Strange really, but I have just put the same route in but instead of dragging it to the Okehampton waypoint I dragged it to various other small towns in that area, no problem at all, SD just musn't like to visit the people of Okehampton Edited 2/4/2012 5:28:12 PM by nje

Group: Forum Members Posts: 274, Visits: 2.5K	It does it with other waypoints. I tried a route from Kemble to Lyneham, and dragged a waypoint somewhere inbetween (can't remember where I'm afraid). Good that someone else can reproduce the same thing, hopefully that'll mean it's easy to track down and fix. Andy

Group: Forum Members Posts: 77, Visits: 454	I just tried following your method, and I was unable to replicate the error. I presume that as you are posting in this thread that you are not using the Beta... Can you have another go and see if the error persists.

Now that it's passed it's not possible for us to debug it live, but if it happens again could you email us or send us a message through the contact link on our website? We don't check this forum often enough to be sure of catching anything time-critical.
