I think what you are seeing there is a list of local radio navigation aids (VORs etc), their frequencies and the relative bearings and distances of the airport from them, so for example at my home airfield of EGBG (Leicester) it lists "DTY 116.400 009/26 -.. - -.--" (meaning the airfield is 26NM on a bearing of 009 degrees from the Daventry VOR on frequency 116.400Mhz, with morse identifier DTY -.. - -.--) etc.
