j Group: Forum Members Posts: 3, Visits: 4	A question about AvioPortolano and Rogers Data Austria: I’ve always had additional subscription for these plates for Italy and Austria. All of a sudden they no longer show in SkyDemon when an airport is selected. Subscription for SkyDemon is valid for another 4 months and there is no option to renew only AvioPortolano and Rogers plates.

Yes of course. The button to renew is not active, because my SkyDemon subscription in not up for renewal until January.

If they have expired, just buy them again on the page I linked to. If not, there would seem to be a technical issue which is probably best resolved by speaking to the help desk. (Not a member of the SD team, just another user)

Somehow I've missed the options on the web page to purchase AvioPortolano and Rogers Data separately. On the SkyDemon subscription page it says these add-ons will be automatically renewed when the main SkyDemon subscription renews. I purchased AvioPortolano and Rogers Data and now they show in SkyDemon as they should. Thank you for your help! Matej
