Group: Forum Members Posts: 9, Visits: 8	Tried on multiple devices(iPad Mini 6, Macbook and iPhone) all running latest app version and latest OS on both Wifi and 4/5G and getting messages that the Skydemon Server is unreachable

Group: Forum Members Posts: 8K, Visits: 9K	We had about an hour of downtime yesterday. We are still working on getting to the root of the problem so we can ensure it doesn't happen again. It's the first such downtime we've had in years, but it's still an unacceptable amount of downtime to us. Of course, everybody's SkyDemon would still work for planning and navigation, it's only data updates that were not available.

Down again today for chart updates from PC version 3.15.3.0 - 06/08 08:10BST

Interesting - I have maintained updates whenever I have been prompted........ Anyway - amusingly have received an update message this morning (so presume had been able to reach the server this morning....), have updated and seems to be working........
