Tried on multiple devices(iPad Mini 6, Macbook and iPhone) all running latest app version and latest OS on both Wifi and 4/5G and getting messages that the Skydemon Server is unreachable

Same problem, i call them and they can't give me how many time to solve the problem...hope soon that i have to plan tomorrow flight

We had about an hour of downtime yesterday. We are still working on getting to the root of the problem so we can ensure it doesn't happen again. It's the first such downtime we've had in years, but it's still an unacceptable amount of downtime to us. Of course, everybody's SkyDemon would still work for planning and navigation, it's only data updates that were not available.

That version is more than two years old. Can you upgrade please? We can't support old versions forever.

Interesting - I have maintained updates whenever I have been prompted........

Anyway - amusingly have received an update message this morning (so presume had been able to reach the server this morning....), have updated and seems to be working........
