I couldn't find a previous request for this feature. It would be good to be able to annotate a chart in nav or plan mode by drawing with a finger, like the scratchpad. It could be used to both add custom info on the fly to a chart but also to scribble squawks etc without needing to go to the scratchpad. (Android user)
