Virtual radar: what are these little dots?

Hi there,

I would like to know what those little dots are in the virtual radar. There are two different sets of dots as marked on the screenshot.

My Skydemon version is: 3.15.0.288

As it follows an AGL contour and is pictures green I suspect some kind of Nature Reserve airspace, Birds?

If you press on the chart in that area, the 'What's Here' pop-up should give you an idea.

I can see now that they represent an information airspace. It extends from 1,500ft AGL to FL105. This is why it follows the contour of the terrain below.

The green colour matches the radio frequency colour in the Radio tab.
