I use a small utility (payware), EUR 6.00, called MSFS Bridge. A tiny 1mb download and is a doddle to use. There is another utility called Xmapsy (payware), but has a few more features and therefore costs a little more. Both available from the online store called SimMarket. I don't know of any freeware utilities. With the paid versions, you will at least get your chosen utility updated.

I managed to write a small free utility software when playing with MSFS2020 SDK. It is available for download (the page is kinda ugly). It will display some warning during installation as the code is not signed. It requires only one parameter to be configured which is the "network address". It can be determined easily if You know IP of your computer. It can be "calculated" by simply replacing last number with 255 eg.: 192.168.1.10 -> 192.168.1.255 (putting ip address of SD tablet/phone might also work). Let me know if You have some feedback.
