Open cockpit: ipad switches off in very cold weather

J Group: Forum Members Posts: 6, Visits: 16	Flying a gyro, iPad on Kneeboard, it switches off when flying in very cold weather. I have it in a case with a clear cover. Can’t relocate it. Any ‘warm case’ suggestions?

r Group: Forum Members Posts: 7, Visits: 3	. The iPad will switch off in hot weather too, if you leave it on the coming. It comes up with a red thermometer and a message saying ‘Your iPad is too Hot...’. R
