J‌ust got SkyDemon a few days ago and I was wondering if there is any way to plan an arc route between 2 waypoints with‌ a radius or any setting or to simulate an arc and plan some waypoints on it. I didn't find anything like this and I thought that I should ask.

No such direct function. There are ways of getting a circle to appear onscreen though, either by creating a piece of custom airspace or by setting up a NOTAM area brief for example. You could then put some waypoints on it and plan a route between them if you wished.

SD is strictly for VFR use.

So is a VFR chart, but you may well mark up an IFR route on it for situation awareness.

This is particularly the case in the UK where you can fly IFR completely at will and go in and out of IMC outside of controlled airspace without any need for flight plans or other formality other than licence privileges, a suitable aircraft and following the IFRs.
