Hi, have been tryng to create the W&B graph for a Jodel DR1050.

I have entered the figures given in the POH and get a graph, but no limits or orange coloured line on the graph.

Data I have is as below and is given as the "Maximum weights recommended" They total more than the Max T/O Weight so can't depart fully loaded

Fuel Forward 10.30, 88lbs

Pilot & Front px 19.0, 339lbs

Rear px & baggage 43.2, 242lbs

Fuel rear 46.33, 88lbs

Clothing Compartment 63.36, 22lbs

I have entered as follows: 10.3,88, 19.0,339, 43.2,242, 46.33,88, 63.36,22

Any ideas where i am going wrong would be appreciated

The COG range is defined in the POH as 12.6in aft of datum for all weights to 20.1in aft of datum at all weights

Just noticed that on the figures for the default aircraft the weights seem to be cumulative, so am guessing maybe the issue lies here somewhere?

What you need to do is put the values below in the 'Loading Points' dialog box.



Fuel 10.3

Pilot & Front px 19.0

Rear PX & baggage 43.2

Fuel Rear 46.33

Clothing Compartment 63.36



(Note, nothing to do with the weights goes in there, just the lever arms)



Then, for your graph, you just need to put:-



12.6, (Your A/C's min weight), 12.6, (Your A/C's max weight), 20.1,(Your A/C's max weight), 20.1, (Your A/C's min weight), 12.6, (Your A/C's min weight).



Your actual weight figures go into the 'Weight & Balance' tab on the main SkyDemon Plan window.
