Yes, via a PC. Plug in a USB cable and press the go flying/send route to connected device button. You will need the drivers from the garmin site I recall. I have to disconnect/reconnect the USB lead between each route upload otherwise crashes my PC.
See page 54 of the manual.
Works very nicely using the hsi/instrument page.

Yes brilliant function. I use it on my Garmin 296 which was my original GPS before Skydemon on Ipad and is now my back up. Of course as customers we are never satisfied so I would love to see an "export to Garmin" from the Ipad. But if Apple wont play ball and allow a direct link to the Garmin, how about an export to garmin from android? For me this would be the solution as I could email the route from the IPad to myself, open it in skydemon on my android phone which i could then connect up a usb cable and export from phone to garmin, Oooo yes please.

Will the team at Skydemon pick this message up or do I need to email them direct with this suggestion for a mod?

You don't need to email it, just save to cloud.
Think this has been discussed before, I recall that Tim said there were no plans to do android to garmin.
I just use laptop/desktop....works fine!

Thanks for the reminder Pete, forgot about doing it that way. I'm in the habit of emailing it when sending the route to a colleague, so only had that method in mind.

Yes I do use a PC when flying from home, android to garmin would work for me when out and about on multiday trips. Unless I also carry a netbook purely to transfer routes (I fly a flexwing, so a bit tight on room) after planning it all in skydemon, I still have to enter the route in the 296 manually. Still, as I say, customers, there never satisfied.
