Free approach plates in different versions?

Group: Forum Members Posts: 51, Visits: 173	Just curious as to why when I'm using my PC, instrument plates in Germany - Siegerland, for example - come up as "DFS (require purchase)" whereas on my iPad, they all are there, free and printable
