I see track in the upper instrument row
Bearing is only depicted when it is in +-40° of the track. If you're either lost or have to perform a change in heading of more than 45°, you don't see the bearing anymore. 

A Solution might be the way Dynon handles this: they display +-30° too, but the bearing indicator stays at the corner of the scale, half present, indicating the direction to turn to. On SD, the bearing indicator disappears, which I find less fortunate

You can drag the HSI up from the bottom and display a full 360 deg.
