Skydemon Plan on PC V3070

On 2 occasions over the last week I filed a plan with Skydemon and the flight plan filing window hangs. The flight plan seems to be transmitted when, after  several minutes, I press the red cross. Both times I get an Email acknowledgement from Skydemon saying the plan was filed. Outbound from UK the plan seemed to be in the system, on return to UK ATC did not have it, though I only sent it 45 minutes before taxiing out.

We think we have identified the issue where a flightplan may not be transmitted until you close the filing window ready for the next version.
The problem with your flightplan not yet having been received is likely to be because there was insufficient notice given, depending upon your departure country.
