It seems that the heading bug on hsi gives you track along the ground not heading to be flown when concidering wind ect which is what you would normaly do with a heading bug. Is this corect or am I doing something wring? If so could it give you magnetic heading please as per the plog? Noticed it in simulator mode the other day.

SkyDemon doesn't know what the wind is actually doing outside your aircraft, so it can't give you a precise heading to fly. What it can do is give you a bug and an actual, and keeping those lined up will get you to your next waypoint as efficiently as possible. You can switch from true tracks to magnetic tracks in Setup -> Instruments while flying.
