I've picked up what I think is a repeatable problem which has appeared since the latest upgrade. I'm using an iPad3 with iOS7 and I think it is Skydemon 3 (the latest one the app store offered me). If I don't use Skydemon for a few days, when I come back to use it, I get a series of error error message indicating failures to access weather etc. The system tells me that Skydemon has lost contact with the server (I think) and I need to log out and log back in again. It's not done this before. When I log out, I am immediately presented with the login screen, the 'agree' button never activates. It stays grey indefinitely. I have to manually kill Skydemon before it will work again. Not sure whether this is something specific to my system or whether it is a bug. It certainly hasn't behaved like this in previous versions on the same iPad. Are there specific settings that need to be turned on to keep Skydemon linked up to Dorset high command? I have my iPad set up to avoid burning excess battery and location services for other apps (not SD) are generally switched off.

Could anybody else be logging into SkyDemon elsewhere with your login details?

Not with my knowledge or consent. That's a scary prospect. Any diagnostic data I can send to confirm this? The only new device accessing my account is my iPhone 3GS which I hooked up to SD when it became possible to use the phone. I guess the next place to go is to change the password on your server?

Yes, if you give us a ring we can cancel any existing logins (changing your password will not do this) and then you can log in freshly on both devices you want to use, which should be fine.

In the latest version (3.0.1.0) I get a program crash when I change the pilot log orientation in the print center. Have tried different computer but with the same results. Hope for a quick solution Regards Maths

Looks like there was a simple answer to this one after talking to Tim's team. By adding the IPhone, I'm now using 3 iOS devices (along with my two iPads - one of which is a backup). As I understand it, Skydemon is configured to let two devices of any operating system access at the same time and it logs you off one of them when you connect with a third.

Good Morning, Yes I just tried it and when it came to changing orientation in the pilot log then the old 'general exception' came up.
It's ok with orientating everything else though, the problem is just with the pilot log.

I think this is something we've picked up and fixed ready for 3.0.2.
