Just leave the aircraft definition in USGal then use 'Change Units' from the Setup menu in the planning screen to set Litres - I think this'll do what you need.

Tim,

You've added a great feature with the fuel prices, but I burn JetA1 in US gallons and buy in litres, can we have an option to allow this in a future release.
