I noticed that when I install the Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia maps (on my PC) the Kaliningrad area on the base-map disappears, or actually turns into water. When I un-install the maps, the Kaliningrad area returns. If you zoom out on the map as far as possible, you can see the Kaliningrad area, but when you zoom in and you come to the point when the FIR boundaries start to appear on the map, then the Kaliningrad area disappears. If you continue to zoom in, you will just see roads and rivers in the sea, and it looks like the whole country is under water.
I also noticed that there are no visual reporting points, nor georeferenced plates for the Baltic countries.

OK, thanks for the map-information Tim!
Yes, the VRP:s for the Baltic countries can be found in the national AIP:s. The VRP:s, including their co-ordinates, also already appear on the visual approach charts in SKyDemon, but not on the base-map.
