+xBrucargo appears to be obscured by the airfield boundary detail when zoom right in, but otherwise it's there for enroute purposes. Does that fit what you're seeing?
Before I report the other matters to my colleague, I don't understand what you mean by "arrow threshold", could you explain? Many thanks.
It seems indeed that the 'BRUCARGO' VRP is "under" the airfield while the VRP name is "above". I assume this is a layer order issue.
Regarding my other comment: there is a line between VRP and runway threshold. The arrow on this line is in the wrong direction: it should be
-from runway threshold to VRP N
-from runway threshold to VRP NW
-from runway threshold to VRP S
as the lines are depicting departure paths (note:from runway threshold to VRP SE is correctly depicted)
