(2) EBFN OPR HR can be checked with Brussels FIC or Semmerzake ATCC.

As you can see from this AIP text note, the EB-R25 airspace has a sloping lower limit. Is there a way this can be represented in SD? Following the SD chart, flying between EBKT and LFQT for example, you would be flying much lower than needed if you want to avoid R25.

No. This is an absurd notion, and we don't think it's likely to catch on.
