User Waypoints Duplicated on Opening SD for Android

Hi Tim & SD Team

I've just discovered that every time I open SD (3.0.6) on my Nexus 7 (2013), my list of User Waypoints is duplicated. I've just spent the best part of an hour deleting all the duplicates!

This doesn't happen on my PC.

Still SD stop when I go on wpt list duplicate more and more time.
I put on SD on two wpt...
Last Android version on nexus 7.
