Aerodrome plate overlay discrepancies

Hi,

Was wondering if anyone else had noticed any discrepancies with the aerodrome plate overlay and the position of the runway on the skydemon maps when zoomed in?

I noticed this today at Belfast Aldergrove (EGAA-BFS) where I landed on 25, exited on bravo and taxied to the General Aviation Apron. On the SD map when zoomed in it shows a nearly perfect lateral landing on runway 25, and obviously there are no taxiways marked on this. When I overlay the AIP plate, it shows a landing displaced about half-way between r/w 25 and t/w L, and then a taxi through the main apron out onto the car-park.

I understand that GPS is not accurate to the centimetre, but it seems like if the track was shifted south onto runway 25 (like it appears when zoomed in without plate overlay) then it would all-together be more accurate.

I assume there must be an error somewhere as I imagine SD gets the runway position from the AIP which I guess is also used to overlay the plates, so it seems weird for them to show differently.

I add that it is not a problem at this airport, but at larger ones with a more complicated taxi structure I would prefer to have a higher reassurance in the function.

It'll be live on the current version. You'll see SkyDemon re-download the plate, which will no longer have the green background, when you open it.
