What does latest addition of in-flight timers mean?

Under the Flight menu, there is now a Timers option where you can create multiple reminders.



FREDA checks, swapping fuel tanks, that kind of thing.



It was a spooky addition because just this morning I was thinking it would be really useful...

OK could be useful. Can you set up as a "default" for every flight plan. Say reminder after 1.5 hrs re fuel tank  .. that kind of thing.
