I am a newbie with SD.

I used the 30-day trial on the Nexus7 and yesterday bought the full subscription having trialled it and with no issues

Strangely, this morning when I create a route and look for TAFs, METARS, or NOTAMS I get the message that they will appear once I plot the route. I have tried plotting a number of routes but with equal lack of success. Similarly, accessing the Cloud fails.

I found some advice that indicated it might be in offline mode, so I used different WiFi sources, turned off and on, set and reset the Online modes, all without success.

I loaded SD on to my PC and all is well there, so I am at a complete loss as to what has happened and how to get the software working again

Any help will be gratefully received

I checked the Setup>Communications and it shows as Online Status
When I run a simulation and go into communication options it shows as Offline

Very odd

All sorted

The problem was I should have logged out of SD after I'd upgraded then logged in again so that the licence file was updated.
