I've just bitten the bullet and ordered an ipad mini. Just thought I would let any of you who are considering doing the same, know that although the prices are virtually identical where ever you buy them from, John Lewis give a two year warranty as part of the purchase price which is worth about £70.

They seem to be in short supply though and you have to be quick when they come back into stock.

I'll have to start reading up about them now, and relegate my 5 inch winCe device to the car
