Has anyone found a decent GPS dongle that works well with a windows notebook

i did use a GPS with a USB cord. And i have played with a bluetooth USB and a bluetooth GPS (used for my TomTom). Now i'm using a simple eBay navigation handheld with builded GPS inside.
