Geo-referenced charts cover user waypoints

Hi!

Currently, any annotated features (waypoints, reporting points, airports, user waypoints, towns...) on the map are covered up by geo-referenced raster charts - which makes sense for the most part. Features are only visible over the raster chart if they are part of the route - and in those cases only the symbol shows, not the label. You can still snap routes to waypoints underneath the raster chart if you know them as they're still around, just invisible.
I for example sometimes create user waypoints to indicate a calculated top-of-descent point when going someplace new, but I can't use them in conjunction with an approach chart as the waypoints are invisible. Another use case could for example be to put an "X"-symbol waypoint over a taxiway which is not to be used, etc.
Having an option to enable drawing approach-relevant features (such as reporting points) and user waypoints over raster charts would be a useful enhancement, especially since it's not possible to annotate raster charts themselves in SkyDemon.

No chart, note VRP and user waypoints:
VAC enabled, hiding everything except symbols that are actively part of the route (labels also hidden):

Cheers!
