Wow, our Club operates a T67M G-BNSP. Bought as a group originally perhaps? Smile

Indeed - G-BNSO, G-BNSP and G-BNSR were all purchased by Trent Aero Services in 1987. Collectively they are known as the "Trent Fireflies" and set the standard for airways-equipped versions of the aircraft. A few other "Trent spec" aircraft were built later, but most of the 160hp/200hp models were only equipped for VFR. The later 260hp were almost all airways equipped.

Cheers,

Mike

The first link is an XML datafile for the SkyDemon PC software which gives the weight, balance and some performance figures for the Firefly which allows the software to more accurately plan flights. To use it, you need to save the file into SkyDemon/Aircraft folder, and then select the aircraft within the SkyDemon PC software.

If you're just looking for info about the Firefly, I suggest the Wikipedia page which is pretty comprehensive. Or come to Redhill and maybe even go for a flight in 'SR.

Enjoy,
